Laura is an all-rounder HR professional with an operational focus. She has over 20 years’ experience working in Human Resources for a range of organisations (Australia and UK); public and private sector, SME, and large multi-site, multi-national companies, and unionised too.
Whilst skilled in the generalist aspects of Human Resources (including Safety), Laura’s key strengths lie in business transformation. She is highly organised, strategic thinking and improvement orientated. Laura has a can-do attitude, and an ability to assess needs quickly and efficiently; generate options; implement solutions; and all in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Laura has a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management), Graduate Diploma in Education, and is a certified Prosci Change Management and Disc Practitioner. Laura was awarded the Deans Medal for Academic Excellence and the Alumni Prize for her studies in Education.
