Well I have to say with beauty salons still currently shut I am unfortunately well placed to participate in Movember this year.

What a great iniative. When I’m working in a business I really try hard to participate in a number of corporate citizenship activities like Movember. It brings people together, welcomed by all and really goes along way in creating an Engaged workforce.

One such workplace doing just that is my client O’Brien Boilers. They truly believe that their employees are their number 1 asset. They jumped at the chance to participate in another corporate citizenship activity, particularly Movember as 3/4 of their workforce are male and the challenges of COVID has been felt by all. The business in every state that they operate are hosting a morning tea to get together, chat, and check in on one another.
